Frequently Asked Questions

It includes 1 lunch, your awaken conference kit, and so much more! 😉

We love children. However, due to the size of our team, we cannot provide childcare. If you choose to bring your children, you’re responsible for them.

We would love for you to attend, and we would categorized you as a leader. We encourage you to bring others with you who match the age group.

Since we are non-profit, the cost of tickets provide our only financial resource to make everything successful. We have an absolutely no refund policy, however we can transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t attend.

Volunteers are what make the conference run smoothly. We would love for you to volunteer. Fill out the volunteer form and our team will get back to you. Click here.

Our target audience are those who identify as Deaf and Hard of Hearing. However, we do have a limited number of tickets for hearing young adults and leaders. Once those tickets are sold out, they are “sold out.”

The main communication mode of the conference is American Sign Language (ASL). We ask that all honor the language of choice and sign throughout the conference.
