Written by: Brandon Gaskin   |   Nov 21, 2019

You just had a panic attack? Maybe you’re feeling overwhelm with unfinished tasks that you have ahead of you? It could be last minute work assignment, school exams, bills, and other things. We all have those moment. You’re not alone. I love how scripture reminds us that God see you. So what do we do when life is overwhelming and we are just tired? We turn to scripture. We dive into His word and truth. We meditate on them and allow them comfort our heart, soul and mind. Here are some verses for you meditate on.

Psalm 61:1-3 ASLV

“Hear my cry, O God, listen to my prayer; from the end of the earth I call to you when my heart is faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I, for you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy. ” -Psalm 61:1-3 (ESV)

Psalm 65:3 ASLV

“We all arrive at your doorstep sooner or later, loaded with guilt, our sins too much for us— but you get rid of them once and for all” – Psalm 65:3 (MSG)

Philippians 4:6-7 ASLV

“Don’t worry about anything. No matter what happens, tell God about everything. Ask and pray, and give thanks to him. Then God’s peace will watch over your hearts and your minds. He will do this because you belong to Christ Jesus. God’s peace can never be completely understood.” – Philippians 4:6-7 (TPT)

So what do we do? We pray and give it all to God.
